Cant compile the included demos because 'quartz.lib' is needed

For those who dont know, Quartz is part of DirectShow, so it appears that the Platform SDK is now needed

This certainly needs mentioning in the requirements list.

Thats interesting, I didnt have any trouble with this. Im using the same directx sdk ive always been using (whichever was the last one to work with the old patch).

*edit wait, is this some 2005 thing? im using 2003

You can just put it on the ignore specific library list - i had the same problem as well.

Searching for files named 'sanity'...
No files were found.
