Either it's not installed properly (for the first issue), and/or it isn't activated for the 2nd.

You upgraded to 6.2b before installing DP, right? In which case, where is your copy of DBPro installed? The demo files are all placed here:

C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\Dark Basic Professional Online\Projects\Dark Physics

Go into the compiler folder and run TGCOnline.exe - what does it say in the bottom, with the list of installed plugins? It should have:

Dark Physics (valid certificate)

If not, click 'Enter Order Key' and enter your order key and the email you used when ordering. That will activate it.

It runs the key length check before sending the key to the server for validation, which means it isn't 128 characters. Did it wrap in your email client, perhaps chopping the end off? The system cannot generate keys that are not 128 characters, so they are in the email somewhere, my guess truncated.

Then it isn't installed at all.

C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\Dark Basic Professional Online\Compiler\plugins-licensed

Check for 'DarkPhysics.dll' - 372KB, dated 1st August.

From the orders page there are 2 files for download:

1) DarkPhysics_v1.zip
2) DarkPhysics_Projects_v1.zip

Sounds to me like you didn't get the first one at all. It's the link that just says 'Download' next to it.

I doubt that *very* much, but it's irrelevant because you've got it working now, so have fun!
