Just curious as to which of these shapes is faster for collision detection and processing. The help files say they're both very fast and efficient, but one must have the edge. This is specificially for my ragdolls - do I have a spherical head/hands or boxes etc?

Spheres will be faster than boxes.

Also, is a capsule faster or slower than a box?

I would imagine a capsule is slower than a box due to more vertices's, a sphere will be faster than both because spherical collisions are done by radii not vertices's

Not really sure collision uses vertices. Capsules use a similar distance formula to spheres, but conducted over a line, rather than a single point. So I'm not sure which would be quicker out of a box or capsule.

Good point, didn't think of that
