I made a few meshes in sketchup, 3DS. Set a few to static and a few to dynamic just to see their interactions and I got the error shown in the subject of this post. Can anyone explain what this means?

Also with just 3 simple objects it seems to take a long time to run this code. Am I doing something very wrong? Their just a few simple block meshes.

This can happen with certain mesh configurations. While mesh to mesh collision detection can work in certain circumstances it isn't ideal. It can be very slow and in some cases like yours fail to operate. If you need a greater level of accuracy then I suggest using convex meshes.
