I really want to be able to use my own character models in my fps but everything I import which I choose to be dynamic is invisible..

I have tried everything..
Flipping Normals when I exported, I used an exsisting FPE file edited to work with my model and texture.. I don't know what else I can try to get it working... Is anyone else having the same problem?

I used 3ds max to model it and the Entity maker file from this website to convert the .x to fpsc ready model..

No I haven't animated them yet because I was only testing out putting models into fpsc.. I have no problem with entities which are static.. I saw an example video from the zip file I downloaded with the entity maker in it which showed a non-animated model being used as an enemy so I didn't think that would make a difference
