Please don't hurt me if this has been asked before ... I realize there is no way to save/load games. Or none that I can actually find a working link to at least But is there a way to just note which complete level someone has completed?

Not within FPSC itself, but it can be done with a third party program like a level loader.

or pay $80 for DBP and 3 years of learning to edit the FPSC source and then notice there already was Save/Load for 2.5 years

3 years to learn programming? lol. Try three months, three weeks if you actually try and three days if you crash course it. That, of
course, is to learn basic coding.

Simply use for next loops, do while loops, if then statements, and read write. It really isn't that much material.

Sure more advanced code involves arrays, functions, objects (types), program execution

All of which is really simple...

Now including higher up things (involing the model importation, for instance) is probally harder but many simple additions can be made with standard knowledge of programming.

I have something to tell you, come closer, closer... *BONK* jk.

Your Mod was deleted by the Government.

Any recommendations of a level loader that will do this?

keithml you need someone to hit you in the head with a brick.. there is no save load ..
There is only one level at a time and the more you put in your game the longer it takes to load. lol

Geez ... A brick! I said please don't hurt me. I think a brick might!

After leaving it sit for 6 mos, I decided to take another look at FPS Creator. I realize there wasn't a save/load, but I was wondering if there wasn't at least a script mechanism or some mod that simply allows you to note the last level. This is not quite the same. Its one variable as opposed to saving an entire level of object states. If there isn't one, fine. I figure its worth taking a bit of flaming to at least ask the question.

No you can just use the WinZone to move to the next level.
And you can't go back to that level.
