why isnt collision automatic between a character controller & objects????

this is the main reason i got dark physics! i wanted my player to be able to bump into objects & move them around.
but after getting dp i find out this isnt possible.why not???????!?

how do i get my player to bump things around?
i tried object collision(a,b) but that doesnt work.

Just asking have you made all your object you wish to move into dynamic ones.

Dark Physics makes any hot drink go cold.

You can detect when the character controller interacts with dynamic objects using the collision commands provided with Dark Physics. From that point onwards you can apply forces to objects in a given direction. When time permits I can look into creating a demo program that shows this in action. From what I can tell this functionality may be handled automatically in the future in the AGEIA PhysX SDK. If this does happen then it will go into Dark Physics as soon as possible.

@ howdo,yes i have.

@ Mike,thankyou!as soon as you can.i would really appreciate it!!
i cant figure out how to make my player controller move things around.

i made a simple demo of positioning a hidden dynamic phy object at my player controllers position when i press space,this is moving the 2nd object around.but it doesnt look right + this is not a good way to handle this.
