This may just be me but I don't think you can delete way points. If you could delete them that would be helpful.

you can and you do that by pressing one or two buttons, check the manuel that installed with it i am pretty sure it is there. one other thing though, wouldnt this be under bugs?

I think it's Shift + Right Click on the Waypoint, in Waypoint Editing Mode.
