I left kind of a generic title incase I come up with the same problem.
I have two nice textures for a deep damp castle dungeon. The only problem I have is that both look GREAT!

Im trying to keep the pictures here on the forums...because you never know how reliable hosts are...

Apply a bump map shader to #2, if you have photoshop then make the map for it, but even without a bump shader #2 is better.

Applyby has Flies in his Eyes.

Im actually going to be using the parallax shader because the results will be great.

number 2, because it looks more like the kind of stone from medieval times, typical in dungeons.

I think the reason the first looks weird (well both, up to a point)is because the same texture is on the roof, which I think looks plain freaky.

When you consider what a typical dungeon looks like, number 2 is closer than number 1.

Number 2 me too, because a dungeon don't always have rectangular stones. And with a shader, it would look even better.

Probably #2, but I wouldn't use the exact same texture for both the walls and the ceiling.
