www.makehuman.org

Tried it out. Seems pretty good albeit still in beta. Does export to OBJ though.

If you want to take it from me, there are no short cuts in making humans. That program with make a naked human with way too many polys for games.

It is far better to just make your own.

the girl's boobs are too big for my liking. I never use 3D model generators, for something to generate something is too easy and restrictive, so I call it cheating, basically it is...

plus you just have to put clothes on them for use in games... there goes about 80 percent of the model anyhow.

It's better used to make reference images, IMO. Just build your character, render, adjust, and re-model in whatever you want.
Just be careful so that nobody walks in on you while you're rendering.

FACT: It takes fewer muscles in your head to smile than to frown.
It takes even fewer to keep a straight face.

Well, wonders never cease - you can put Jordan in your games... How incredibly handy... not.

Actually, no... not even Jordan has boobs that big...

My parents would take the piss out of me, if they saw me on that site, my Dad mostly.

it does make some giant poly count models, Though with a time you can reduce them to a comfortable size manually and the run them through the action reducer. I can get them down to around 6000 polys, even though it is still too large you can further the reduction by modeling clothes on to it. Whats the point of having all of the useless poly's for the body when it has clothes over the top of it. And as far as cheating you may be correct in the sense that it is cheating but there are alot of us out here who can not model organic/human type models so it's not such a bad tool. I do not recommend using the makehuman program to create a model and then exporting it and using it as is. try taking that model in to say Blender (or what ever program you prefer) and making it your own. the big poly areas of makehumn are:

The three piece eyes
the throat, gum line and teeth
hands
feet
Belly button

You can remove these all together and watch as the poly count goes down dramatically.
