Alright, I'm kinda in a rush right now but I just wanted to get this up first. Basically it's a bunch of functions and 1 GOSUB label (for making the arrays) similar to the 3D object commands for making smoke (and I guess some other things as well) particles in DBC and DBPro. The list of functions is to come later because as I said, I am in a rush. Anyway, here's a screenshot, the system is nearly done already lol. It's a screenshot from DBC. The smoke texture is more of a lens-flare texture but oh well.:
