hi i am a very new to programing i have not been doing it for very long i am curently making a simple 2d game where astroides come across the xreen and you have 2 dodge them. when the astroid hit the spaceshuttel it jst restarts the game but i would like 2 make the shuttel explode please can some one tell me how to use animation ihave beem told to use create animated sprite but i do not know where 2 use it and how. i used the explosion from the aka free stuff post.

Please type without using to many shortcuts like using "2" instead of "to" or "u" instead of "you". Have you looked at the help? Type in a command, highlight it then press F1. If you still don't understand tell me.

hi i have just tried it out but it hasnt helpe me i really do not have a clue on what to do and what code i need to use.

Download the attachment. It is different frames of the explosion in a bitmap file.
Next type in this before your loop:

Then type in this inside your loop:

You can change the image number, just be sure to change the correct number. Also change the x# and y# to your player's coordinates. If you need more help, or you don't understand what each command does, post back.
