Why would you want to use them though? If you use them, wont others use them, then your game will have the same thing as the other guys game.

I think its there, so google can build up their google earth program, a sort of free way of getting the media done.

Well...some of those models would look pretty good with the right texture! Besides you could always use them as a base model and move vertexes and delete sides to liking. Then texture to liking.

Thus im interested. I havent found anything on their site yet... anyone find somthing?

I believe the models are in the SketchUp format and would have to be converted, using the pay version of the program. You can download the free program to view and manipulate the models there, but without the full version, you can't convert them to a useable format. Those models also come with some type of licenses, I believe (free for non-commercial use, etc.).

Sketchup's a good program; easy to learn and use...but it still costs a bit of cash to use it for something other than making 'Sketchup only' models.
