I bought the fps creater loaded it and used it for a while. I decided to uninstall it and reinstall and it will not take my serial number. I bought the cd in the mail and I bought the electronic down load. Can someone please help me.

If you've got the download version, do you still have the email that we sent you? The serial it contains won't have changed since then and is still valid. If not you need to contact support, the link is below (look below the 'Post Message' button) - I'm going to lock this thread because no-one here can help you, this is a matter for Support only.
