is it possible to encrypt fpsc files into, say a .pak file

would this work

(darkBASIC pro can build game with .pak files)

No, you can't, but you have other programs out there that do the trick.

One of them is: FPSPack Pro

My love is seperated in 2 parts, 1 of them is 3ds Max 7, the other; FPSC.

While FPSPack Pro is very good... it only offers minimal security protection...

I don't want to see a FPSC Professional!
