Have you checked the stickies.... There is a thread that has direct links to alot of models your requestion for... I know you should be able to find wall art, signs, office equipment, and household items and various weapons there....
And Jon Fletcher does exceptional work his pack is well worth the wait...

You may also want to look into the program Signs III or MagicFPS both of those can make signs and walls and floors and other things... Sinistar created MagicFPS and tschwarz is the creator for Signs III... hope I spelled his name right...

I have both myself... And just to let you know both of them do the standard stuff making walls and floors and wall signs... but there is some difference between the two be sure to read all the features if your only looking to buy one because its the extra features that make them both good...
