.

This is a character that I'm working on for someone's game. I need some tips on making it look right. Like, Oddmind, I like how you do the whole circling part and stuff. Could you do that for me? Thanks to anyone who has advice.

Thats a fairly good effort right there. Is it male or female? that will mean different definition in different places.

I'll let oddy do his thing cause he does indeed own at that.

Looks good!!

You take a wacom to school? Knowing kids in school, they'll steal anything of value, like 2 phones I've had, so I guess you guard it around the clock.

yea i gaurd it like a hound

the only real problem is the crotch area, which doesnt come to a sharp point.

the thighs are too long and the calves are too short, but leg length over all is ok.

and lastly the arm is malformed , i put you a little hint there but you can get better reference from google.

sorry this cant be more in depth im not supposed to be on

the only thing i would add:

when planning clothing, it is wise to research the web for pictures of people wearing that type of style of clothing...

Example with Jeans: typically you would not be able to see calf lines with jeans... And most jeans are cut so the lower leg is the same width from the knee down (with the expections of say boot leg style)

So to add a sense of realism to your current model you could extrude the bottom of the jeans so that they sit over top and wider than the boot/foot...

Well, I just google shirt and jeans because I was working on uv mapping and wanted to test stuff out. I think the final is supposed to be like medieval. But this is just a generic body that I'm going make different people out of.

ergg... My .x exporter from maya no longer works correctly. I've reinstalled maya, reinstalled the directx sdk (from which the exporter came from) and done all kinds of things. I'm really only comfortable animating in maya and that plug-in worked perfetly in every way for me So I'm waiting until my dad finally budges and buys me maya 8 I will of course continue when I get it working again, dont worry.
