Hey all is there a way to make a movie (AVI) file play before the game starts. Sortof like making an image apear before the game plays but only a movie

I'm assuming you mean play the movie before your DBPro program goes into exclusive mode... Yeah! Write a launch program in C++, Delphi, [insert language here], play the AVI, then lauch your DBPro game.

no i mean when i double click on my exe i want my movie to play before it goes to my menu. Kinda like company names you no.

Load in the animation, play it. Can't be any easier...

Check out the help files man. It's right in there. Just query "animation" at the top in the index...you'll find some examples.

erm, it's like:

Load Animation AnimationNumberHere,AnimationFileNameHere
Play Animation AnimationNumberHere

Wait LengthOfAnimationHere

It's three simple lines of code, come on you can look em up in 5 seconds. You load the animation, you play the animation, you set your program to pause (optional) until the animation is done...
