FPSC Classic Product Chat / Uninstalling problems - Registry entry?

Hi,
I am trying to uninstall my FPSC as I am running into dynamic light problems. I uninstalled it and deleted the TGC directory and tried reinstalling FPSC but it didnt work.

Can someone tell me which registry entry to delete if I want to remove FPSC from my registry?

May be that would help.

hmm, that's why you use system restore points and back up your registry frequently.

I don't know what going on, I pretty sure someone else does though.

ahha!

I take that back, after um hacking my windows registry I found the FPS Creator Files (I think they are the right ones).

1. Goto the registry editor (start->run->regedit)
2.HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3.Software
4.FPS Creator

I hope that helped!

Thanks Silent Thunder. I found the FPSC folder in registry as you said. I am trying to seek help from TGC support so if that doesnt work out than may be I'll try deleting the files from registry.

I did backup my registry

I had done it earlier. but restoring that wont make any difference right? Nothing has changed. Anyways now I deleted everything even the registry entry which I hadnt done earlier and hopefully the prob gets taken care of.

Deleting the registry worked. but it works only for new fom not in my current fpm. i guess problem is partly solved
