i need to know is it legal to buy a album of music and put one song in a game.Also does anyone now where i can get more narrator voices i need them for me game on the traning level when you use simulater computer and the computer tells you what to do...

A) No, you can't, as this would be re-distrubuting the music, which is illigal. Think of it as mucic piracy.

record yourself and use audacity to make a computer voice.

or download a talking text thing from download.com and record the out put of the soundcard, that way recording whatever you have got the talking text thing to say!
