Hi all, i just started db and i followed some tutorials. Actualy i have 2 questions:

- I've created boxes but i have two sides where i cant go thrue with my charter and 2 others where i can go thrue. How can i make the box so that i cant go true at no side?

- I've created an other box and when i touch that box with my charter i need the box to be gone, now i only move the object to other coordinates.

Can someone help me out??

(srry for the bad english)

I am not 100% sure I understand what you are trying to say. Can you give us an example of some kind?

An easy way would be to do a distance check between boxes. If they are closer than the specified distance, then they stop moving and / or disappear. This method wouldn't be perfectly accurate, but it should be good enough for use within a game, and very simple to implement.

Hello Bigsmoke,

If you follow this thread you will see me explaining and showing code on how to do something very similar with health packs that are supposed to disappear when a player moves into them. My modifications are actually on one of the DBC tutorials called Monster Hunt:
