To share Packs Like Model packs with our friends becuase one of my friends wants one of the model packs that i have but does not have the money to buy it is it okay to share it with him?

No. It violates copyright law. If you'll read The EULA (End user License Agreement) that comes with the Model Pack, I'm sure it will say that the license is valid for 1 computer only, or somerthing like that. Basicaly, any software/music/ect you buy cannot be shared. It's illegal.
