I`ve been searching up the web for quite some time now..

And I found a free new high-poly modeller(though currently now)in beta stage. It`s found in the Garagegames website:
http://www.garagegames.com/mg/snapshot/view.php?qid=1278

I`m not sure whether it`s only reserved for the tge customers but hey, it`s nice to try ain`t it?

It would probably be used for normal mapping low poly art. Looks pretty cool, I saw it a while ago but didn't have much interest back then. Thanks for the link, Klick.

Just what we need, another high poly modeling application. We need a good low end alternative for 3DSMax for modeling our animated game characters. One that is user friendly (unlike Milkshape) and that is actually priced well (like gameSpace or even a bit lower), but is working (unlike gameSpace).

An application that will give us poor game developers the tools we need, without being ripped off or having to worry about a bugby application or learnign an application that so alienated from the rest.

Try creating an animated figure and getting it into FPSC without the help of any other tools..... good luck.

Fair comment. A shame, really - I love the Gamespace interface.

Just been playing with cbmodelpro. Is interesting, thanks for the link, Klick.

Having said that, with all the complexities of modern 3d modelling packages, this is probably more geared towards my level of ability:

Its a very easy and simple modeller, altho the only way i'll be using it, is for scenes, It took me like 5 minutes to get the hang of it, Altho i didnt create anything useful, because im late for my schoolings, its very easy to just pick up and use...

What you could do, is use any high poly program, then use Milkshape 3d's .X tool to lower the polygons.

Death is only the end of the physical realm, eternity in the astral plains awaits you. But people are ugly there, and there are not very many multiplayer video games. So stick with earth for a while.
