I now have a problem with objects leaving a trail behind them when they rotate over the bitmap. Of course this doesnt look so hot how do I cure this?

Dont worry Just worked that one out too from your code.

paste the image back to the screen each frame.

seems a bit drastic though doesnt it.

Anyone have a better way?

Can't think of a better way.

You have to ensure that the previous render is cleared from the display somehow, and in the 5/10 minutes I had, that was the way I used.

For future reference I have just copied the part of the screen that has been corrupted back to bitmap 0. Its much quicker than the whole screen(about 100 fps quicker!!).
