Are you talking single-player or multiplayer game?

Put a win zone in your level if it is a single player game.
MP games are one level only.

I did that but then when I complete that level the game just freezes and then comes's up with a ""blabla has encounterd a problem and need to be closed...)
(YES I includes a second level)
Do I need to adjust the win point?

O.k. If your level is killing your frame rate, then either try to:

1= Make smaller levels
2= Start from scratch
3= Plan out your level
4= Or, yes, adjust the win zone

Usually, it's not how much you put in the level, it's how much you have in the library. So, yes. I'd adjust the win point.

(You can also enlarge the win point. I've had no problems with slow gaming doing this.)
