There is an error in the file path with the installer. look on your c drive and you will see it right away.
You will need to edit the fps file too for the right path as it is missing a folder the signs folder.
Seems all the files are there .

I fixed the path and now the download will work.
Replaced the old download with the new one in my last post.

I just installed it,tested it and uninstalled it and it worked fine for me.
Maybe somebody else knows what the problem is.

You have to edit the fps and fix the paths

Your missing the ground.x file too.
There is no DTIFloors folder .
Just unzip this and drop the folder in the segments folder .

Okay.In the first post I have put the latest download which should fix all of that.
It should work this time.

I tested it but the first two pointed to files I had on my pc and I didn't know that since I have never tried to upload a segment before.
Then I didn't realize I forgot a file when I uploaded it.
I have learned a lot of important things in life by screwing up.
