Hello,

I just purchased Dark AI and tried demos and now planning my strategy game. I'm just curious it is possible that AI find path on a 3D terrain world? As I see this AI is set up primary for FPS games but in a RTS no just floors but terrain.
For example it does exist a command that AI calculates path considering altitudes? I wish my units moving on plains not on mountains if possible.
Or no such possibility and I must manually set the paths?

You'll be wanting this tutorial then, on how how to get a character to walk around a hill rather than up it.

Basically, it shows you how to make hills less "desirable" and thus avoided if possible. At the same time, it's still accessible, it's not an obstacle.

I never thought that updating the path in memblock is the solution.
