Is there any way to change frame rates for your animation. Because the animation that I put in is my company logo and it needs to be at movie frame rates. Can someone please help.

They will get there name in the credits.

Use this comand if it is a 3d object:
SET OBJECT SPEED Object Number, Speed

Use this command if it is a 2d animation
SET ANIMATION SPEED Animation Number, Speed

Hope that helps

I've tested an AVI and MPEG and i had no problems changing the speed:

LOAD ANIMATION "filename",AnimationNumber
SET ANIMATION SPEED AnimationNumber,speed
PLAY ANIMATION AnimationNumber,xScreen,yScreen
DO
SYNC
LOOP

where highest speed is limited to 200 ( = double of origin speed)
and lowest speed is limited to 2 ( = 1/50 of origin speed)
