Great, thanks for the info. I was wondering when that was being released.

At least I'm pretty sure, I'm not completely positive though.

That is why I want to enter the October contest when it is put together, core pak. 2 is one of the prizes.

Yeah it's a modified CorePak 2 and RC3 of 1.03 fixes some JPEG texture issues that stop it from crashing now and again and resolve a few other small issues. It should be available to buy very soon once we've sorted out the legality of the sound effects. It's an awesome pack and deserves to do really well!

uh any chance we can get Model pack 5 WITHOUT a stealthy update?

if the updates are still in the Beta phase I think it's totally out of order to install them with every model pack. Surely it's down to the end user whether they use the update or not.

I am definately buying Jons Pack, but I want the installer to give me the option of whether I install the update.

The last fiasco with model pack 3 meant I had to re-install FPSC. I lost 2 levels from FOTF and I had to literally spend 3 hrs backing up and copying files around to make sure I didn't lose anything else.

I'm not saying I don't trust you guys, I'm just asking for the OPTION of whether to install the update or not.

cheers

MP5 will not work correctly without 1.03 Final installed, so it will not be presented as an option. I agree the MP3 upgrade caused problems, but the recent 1.03 RC releases have proven they are all but gone now. If you still reckon it'll bork your system make a system restore point before you install it, and you won't have to jiggle anything around.
