looks like a grid, the polyflow needs alot of work.
you can reduce the polycount and have actually more detail if you use the polys efficiently, right now they are just a bunch of squares, they need to be bended and folded to suit her anatomy.
it just looks like a bunch of tubes right now.
also the model almost has 2000 polys, it looks like the others that usually have that much except the facial detail is non existant or severely lacking.
my advice is to remove all of the wasted polys from the body, use the ones left to shape it up, and then rework the face.
Polyflow is of utmost importance.
heres an example, do you see how the edgeloops are rotated back and forth to excentuate her curves and the way that the human body is formed?
