Wow!!!

And in DB Classic?

WOW Again!! Nice work!!

So who is "Total Packaging Solutionss" ? You made the game for a paying client as advertising?

If I had to give critisism...I'd only say that the handling was a little too "wooden" for my tastes. But everything else...The arcade feel, the sound effects & music, the graphics, the menus, the options, the gameplay, all very, very polished and well done.

Top marks mate

Thank you guys!

@VR2: TPS is the company who sponsored Caiman Total Packaging Contest 2006, both Caiman and TPS are great! They promoted a great contest, now ended and under judgment on Caiman website (link below)

http://www.caiman.us

Many DarkBasic developers entered the contest
Caiman contest have been also signaled on TGC newsletter some months ago if I remember well

@Gre4t: thanks! happy you enjoyed the game

@Anto: sorry for the late answer but I have been really busy this month and was not on the forum! Anyway the error could have happened if you tried to launc the the game from within the .zip file. You have to unzip it into a folder on your hard disk in order to have the game run correctly, since it needs to write a save.cfg file with records and best times

Now I have a little question for all of you who played the game. I received two kinds of feedback: or the player enjoyed it a lot or he found it boring, no middle judgements.
So, if you played it let me know what I could add to a new version I'm developing (with new graphics) to improve it (i.e. different track design, winning is too easy/difficult, other...) especially if you found it boring.

Let me know... your feedback will be precious to me
Thank you!

@Lordcorm, x1b & lava man : thank you!

@Nemesis_0_ :the game is in DB classic with no DLLs or strange additional stuff, so if you can run another DBC application it should run.
The game checks at very start if your system may support 1024x768x16 screen at least, if not it ends(but not reboots!).
Could you post your system config (included Windows version and DX version?)

Ok. So for some reason your PC cannot run any DBC application.
DirectX version is correct, and XP with sp2 should be ok... even if I noticed personally that an old XP version with sp2 over a previous installation may not run well some software (MotoGp2 for example).

Does someone from TGC staff have an hint ?
