I have a Question. It says in the rules to use the first version of FPSC, does that mean we cant update FPSC? Also If you Buy FPSC dose it come updated or do I have to find the updates? and is the FPS Creator 1.03 RC3 update contain all the previous updates or do you have to install all 3?

No, it just means you can't use FPSC EA. Any version of V1 is fine. It also says in the rules you can use any modified game exe you want, so that covers any version we release, or anything you've modded yourself.

It says 15x15x5, does that mean we can use 5 layers?

Also, what is the deadline to this contest?

Jon, I'm not certain, but you might not be eligible to enter:

Urm, Jon, Bond, would either of you be intrested in havining a little paid work so I could get my custom media textured?

Or would you both be too busy with your own levels? if your able to enter?

I certainly must enter.

Although, I doubt the chance that I will be anywhere near the top 5, due to my lack of good 3d modeling skills...

I used to have one of those signs, but then realized how annoying it was...

Are we allowed to work in a group? Because me and a friend want to build a level together and enter it, is that ok? Also does the entire level have to be one room?

A) I think you can, but you'll have to split the prize between yourselves (if you get one) so if you get a super computer you might have a problem

B) No, they just put restrictions on the total area it takes up.

Quote: "The level should be no larger than 15 x 15 x 5 grid units in size"

So does that mean it can only be one room? And does it have to be just one floor? How meny floors can we have?

How about reading what it actually says on the competition site? Both answers to your questions are on the first damned page! Lazy arse

It can be as many rooms as you can fit into a 15x15x5 sized level. 5 being the vertical (i.e. 5 layers up/down maximum).
