Hi,
I am very new to DB so please excuse my ignorance on this subject.
I have drawn a shape in Serif Draw Plus 4 and exported it as all of these file formats bmp, gif, png.
I have then used them as images using "load image" and created sprites using "sprite 1,0,0,1".
I can see and manipulate the sprite on the screen but, I see the selection rectangle around the object as white.
I am told that all of the above formats have transparent backgrounds when used in DB.
Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong PLEASE.
regards
Peter Burrows

they don't have transparent backgrounds in DBC, i think its only in DBP, if you want a transparent background, you have to make the background black, and use the set sprite command to set any black as transparent

bunnyb,

Make sure that the black is an rgb of 0,0,0.
