Hi.

I'm wandering can you make the person you play as have arms and hands?

And also Can you add legs in aswell so when you look down you see legs running about! Beneath?

Yes.
You can even make an entire character as part of your weapon model.
There is the catch though...you have to make the model of the hands,legs or character and the weapon as one model.
To see some examples check out Butter Fingers' glock and dual glock in the models and media forum or,better yet,go to the Showcase forum and download The Fall of the Fireflies demo.
Also I believe Model Pack 5 is a weapons pack and those have hands/arms.
