I want to execute a db program using parameters, I mean:

I show you here an example:
Command> Myprogram -Hi

I need to get that "-Hi" while the program is running to execute different functions. How can I get it?. Which command do it?

The CL$() command returns the command line parameters.

MyProgram.exe -hi

then CL$() will return "-hi" as a string...
