So far I've only used the DarkBASIC trial version, but I'm strongly considering buying the full version. If I do so, I'm probably going to buy Dark Basic Pro. If I buy that, is it a good idea to buy Dark Matter as well, or is Dark Basic Pro just Dark Basic with the expansion pack from Dark Matter added on?

Dark Matter adds multiplayer commands, some 3d models, and a few other things. DBPro already has the extra commands, but it dosen't have the models. I don't think Dark Matter works with DBPro (I might be wrong). You might as well buy DBPro if you have the money, despite the bugs yet to be corrected. They are still making patches. DBPro is well worth the extra money. You might want to download the trial DBPro and see which one you like better.

You might like to hang around until patch 5 comes out, though, otherwise you'll be in for a heavy dosage of bugs.

I'm still lingering on the patch 3 trial version...
