Hi, i have just had my order delivered. Do i need to uninstall the version i have runnung and install this from the CD now?

Yes,
If you were using the demo then I would advise you to get rid of it first.
Don't forget to backup any custom media or scripts that you created.
Then after you install from the CD, don't forget to upgrade that puppy to v1.03 for the Save/Load feature.
