My problem:

In FPSC I can't see the texture on the inside of the tracks - but I can see it on the outside.

As you can see, the inside of the track is textured in MS3d.

...and in FPSC for some reason the inside of the tracks is missing the texture, but the outside is fine.

Any idea whats causing this? This is a very annoying little problem I'm having.

What export settings from MS3d are best for a dynamic entity?

oh i had this problem it's because ur track is a plane and not a whole piece so it comes out transparent also it could be the texture comes out as 000000 true black and it is getting rid of it. try fixing both and see if it works

It's not 000000, and I don't think it's a problem with it being a plain (especially considering the outside of the track looks fine and is textured), as other tanks I've exported worked fine somehow.

What are your export settings?

if the texture is only placed on one side then the other side will be see through.

I think Bob is correct actually - I took a close look and some of the tanks tracks are plains and the texture on the inside would appear to be see through (from the opposide side).

Any suggestions on what should I do to correct this?

I know this may sound like a really stupid quesstion but did you check to make sure your faces were all the right direction?
And if you used a plane instead of a 3D object to make your tracks chances are you only have faces on one side.
Anything that is black before you texture it in Milkshape usually means that you don't have faces there.
