Hi this is my first post on the fourms!
I have just recieved the email which gives you the download instructions. I went to the instructions and it said that i need a username and pass that would be sent in the email. I checked my email, and noticed that there was no username or pass. Please help!

TGC do much processing of orders manually and they dont normally work weekends.

You should get everything through by Monday I would have thought - if not then you should contact support. No one on the forums can help with orders.
