I was going to buy a "thing" yesterday, but I did enter the wrong Expanded use number (?) I didnt know what kind of number, so I tried 3 times. And now My card is locked. What is the "Expanded use number" and how do I fix this so I can use Paypal again?


I want to see a FPSC Professional! And lets make it REALLY expensive this time......
