Thanks for the comments, with the making up of words, must be a good side. As for the underside of the nose, you caught one of my weaknesses, but like any of my other weakness I will overcome them each time I try (like my hands are getting better and better )

Thanks.

noses are hard to see in 3d because of the many curves that cant be seen at the same angle as everything else.

yar, looks very black considering tis completely white lol! I think that is quite funny with the plain texture lol! But wow! that is amazing and _SO_ tidy! my models look all scrappy but that just looks amazing you have done the topography perfectly!

I came, I saw, I conquered. The die is cast. It is not these well-fed long haired men that I fear, but the pale and the hungry looking. Et tu, Brute?

No mate. Unless he's the dude who posed for the free photos on 3d.sk

Thanks for all of the comments.

As for the topography, I found myself in that situation until I watched this video, the technique used there is very very good for making heads.

So for the same video;

The view the two videos on the 'alternative head modelling' tutorial, it doesn't tell you how to do it, so don't worry about listening to some dude, it just shows you how somebody models a head all of the way through, which is very useful on the topography, because I wouldn't model like that out of observation myself.

Thanks! Are you going to animate the head, or give it a body?

Yup, well not sure about animation, I mean I just did this to see how well the technique works for high poly, I have other priorities like my A levels and my project (Lucidity)
