Anyway to apply a solid color to a tile in a matrix - besides making an image, preparing the image then applying?.

box 0,0,32,32
get image 1,0,0,32,32,1


this method would make a yellow box and store that image in image location 1

Why such a big box indi? Why not a single pixel box - it will take up less texture memory.

--> box 0,0,1,1
