Nope. The Chip is designed by AGEIA, and manufactured by ASUS and BFG.

Well, yes they would be different, the same thing goes for gpu`s the chipset is designed by the company in this case ageia, however the card isn't, however you would need to look at some benchmarks to see the difference.
