I'm a noob, respectfully, to DLLs and I'm doing fine with collisions, just I had once had some problems and was advised to use "Sparky's free collision dll"
At the time, I had no interest or need for DLLs because DBP had given me no problem. But now I'm thinking that maybe DLLs would give me better game outcomes.

So how do you use a DLL?

You simply drop it into the Compiler\plugins-user folder where you installed DBPro and the commands will be available the next time you need to compile. Most people provide simple installation instructions with the plug-in.

Ian did not differentiate between dll and plugin dll. He has told you how to load a dll plugin, but if its just a vanilla dll (no string table/not a plugin) youll need to place the file in with your exe folder (of your game) and use the LOAD DLL, CALL DLL, and DELETE DLL commands. Plugins are better in this regard (easier to use) but they do differ from vanilla dll's in how you implement them
