I ordered FPSCreator along with 3 packs last night and i have downloaded the packs today but i dont understand what i have to do to get my FPSCreator.

This is what my order history says but im not sure what i have to do now. Please could someone explain to me why one is by post and why one is electronical and what i need to do to get them.

Click on the 'Download Info' link that appears next to the Electronic entry. Check what it says - if you didn't receive that email (and it's not hiding in a junk mail folder or the like) then contact support (link is right below the 'post message' button) and they can re-send it.

I did get an email from them but i dont know what to do with it and i cant see any user names or passwords

click profile at the top of this page. Then click orders on the next page. There you should see a box with your downloads on it. Click download. That's it.

Thanks i jsut didnt understand why one of the orders said electronical and the other postal mail but now i have recieived the game adn everythings working good.
