can someone post the setting need to export models from milkshape...cheers mates......

Don't. Use Milkshape to do some modeling and texture then use Fragmotion to export it properly. Fragmotion is $20 bucks and worth it.

Use the JT exporter and just experiment. It shouldn't be too hard.

Remember that if you want to export animated meshes you will have to make sure the directX settings are set to 'binary compressed'.
