Why does the thug become all weird colors when i put full shader effects on. but all new model packs come out perfect. all default models that fpsc came with come out as funky colors but none of the new stuff. How do i fix this without having to not use full shader?

It's possible to get pleasing shader effects on characters though it may require doing certian things unconventionally.

Here's a thread for a retexture I did with lots of shader/no shader comparisons. The shader detail in the trousers and jacket came out quite well IMO.
