yer cos i made this big flesh eating maggot that i'm gonna animate to just squirm and bite, but i can only move the top bone, and i can rotate he's head but thats all. help!

Please don't bring your pirated lack of knowledge here, please. Given you have no idea what you're doing, and using software that you most probably couldn't afford, perhaps you'd like to try looking for tutorials first? Remember kids, Google is your friend

Maybe you should post a screenshot of what's wrong. But from the sounds of it, may I suggest re-rigging it?
