Dark GDK / Link errors

I just bought Dark GDK and am trying to use it with Visual c++ 2005 express edition. I'm just trying to set it up but I keep getting these errors.

1>LIBCMT.lib(invarg.obj) : error LNK2005: __invoke_watson already defined in MSVCRTD.lib(MSVCR80D.dll)
1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'atls.lib'

Please help

Project Properties->Configuration Properties->Linker->Input->Ignore Specific Library and enter ATLS.LIB; D3DX8.LIB
