the most common one i hear used is the panda exporter for max.
just out of curiosity how much did you pay for max 9?

yes I now.. but only for max8 not max9.. Now I use test version no full.

And I have next problem.. export to *.3ds.... file is ok, but textures not exportet. I need export file *.3ds and *.jpg (textures)
